Just in case the readers are interested in reading another positive review, here is mine: First of all, our decision as to whom to hire to list/sell our condo was a no brainer, as a former neighbor of ours had hired Andrea to sell theirs in October 2019 and were completely satisfied with the experience. When our turn came to sell, Andrea proved to be all care and support. From the very first day I called her in June 2020 all the way to the end of the process, even weeks/months after closing, her caring did not come to an end! In the first meeting we had, Andrea assured me and my wife that it would only take one week and one open house to sell. She turned out to be wrong - it actually took us less than 72 hours to sign the sales offer agreement from the time the listing was posted online :))) And it was sold above the asking price! Her commission rate is also lower than the competition, as far as I know. Throughout the entire process (purchase and sales, buyer's inspection, mortgage commitment, all the way to the closing date), Andrea never kept us waiting for a text/email response for more than a few seconds - I am not exaggerating a bit. She is so passionate about the community to the extent she donated a share of her own proceeds to the local charity of our choice. In short, Andrea Castinetti is the best realtor you can ever find in the Shrewsbury area, hands down!

My brother and I recently hired Andrea Castinetti to sell our Mother’s home. From the moment we hired her, she did truly outstanding work for us, well above and beyond the call of duty. For starters, she put us in touch with a wonderful real estate lawyer. She also located people to clean out the home beautifully. And she helped us with donating furniture, books and many other items. It was a massive task and we are beyond grateful for her help. She showed the property tirelessly during a not so great time of year for home sales (late fall/early winter) and then she made the sale right before the holiday season! And she accomplished all of this with grace, humor, patience and kindness. We are so thankful for all of Andrea’s diligence, attention to detail and perseverance.
